Continuing Education Courses

	$210 Full Tuition for the National USPAP 7-Hour continuing education course (manual and current USPAP included, if you have your own current USPAP or 7 hour student course manual, we will reduce the course cost appropriately)

	$159 Full Tuition for the FNMA, FHA, Environmental, FAP Part I or II, AQB FAQ's part I or II, NCAB Rules and Sales Comparison or Review continuing education courses

	$85 Full Tuition for 4 Hour NCAB Rules or 4 Hour Paired Sales CE Course continuing education course

Appraisals and Consulting
	$400 Residential Appraisal Fee Residential Appraisal Fee for Wilmington, Hampstead and Leland, NC.

Refund Policy: Deposits are refundable up to 10 days prior to class start. Individual Tuition Payments are refundable up to 10 days prior to class start. The full tuition payment is partially refundable, if a student elects to withdraw from a course not yet started that portion not yet taken will be refunded, those taken or started will not be refunded and will apply at the normal rate of charge for the course or courses, if withdrawal is within 10 days of course start a $50 deposit will also be nonrefundable. A $10 administrative fee + credit card charges will apply to all refunds to cover costs incurred by Realetech.com
