Quality Pre-Licensing
and Continuing Education
Don R. White,
Jr., MBA, MCP, has been approved by the North Carolina Appraisal
Board as an appraisal Pre-licensing Instructor since 2000. Don
is also an AQB certified USPAP instructor, #10449.
Since May
2002 Realetech.com has been an approved private pre-licensing
school and we have residential and commercial courses for North
Carolina Appraisers and Residential courses for Virginia Appraisers.
Realetech.com does not discriminate in their admissions policy,

R. White, Jr. is also approved to teach The Appraisal Foundations
National USPAP courses.

this time we are offering on-line continuing education courses l in North
Carolina, which now allows 7 hours of on-line continuing education per
renewal period for real estate appraisers.
