Jr., MBA, MCP, has been approved by the North Carolina Appraisal
Board as an appraisal Pre-licensing Instructor since 2000. Don
is also an AQB certified USPAP instructor, #10449.
Since May
2002 Realetech.com has been an approved private pre-licensing
school and we have residential and commercial courses for North
Carolina Appraisers and Residential courses for Virginia Appraisers.
Realetech.com's future plans include the addition of pre-licensing
courses for SC, TN and WV.
We have approval
for continuing education courses in North Carolina, California,
Nevada and we have Reciprocal approval
in Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Washington
DC, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland,
Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York,
North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode
Island, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming. Don
R. White, Jr. is also approved to teach The Appraisal Foundations
National USPAP courses.

this time we are developing on-line continuing education courses for approval
in many states including North Carolina, which now allows 7 hours of on-line
continuing education per renewal period for real estate appraisers.
