Don also offers independent, impartial and objective appraisal review services for appraisers, attorneys and others on all types of appraisals. As an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor Don can assist individuals with the finer points of USPAP compliance.

In addition to having a Master of Business Administration and being an Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) certified instructor, Don is a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser and Director of Realetech.com, an approved Private Appraisal Pre-Licensing and continuing education school.
