ValuTech,
Inc. is a Virginia Corporation made up of seasoned professionals.
The four principals below have combined experience of over 90
years in valuation of simple to the most complex partial interest
valuation problems. They have extensive experience as expert witnesses
in both state circuit courts and federal district courts and also
local and state equalization boards.
They have
combined their professional experiences to present to the right
of way industry a unique set of professionals that have provided
services to both utility companies and several DOTs. They have
much more to offer than valuation expertise. With extensive experience
in all phases of right of way and easement acquisitions, they
have the knowledge and know-how to provide any or all phases of
acquisition while adhering to the comprehensive guild lines of
the Uniform Act, State Codes and USPAP.
The goal
