Pre-Licensing:
The cost for Basic Appraisal Principles, Basic Appraisal Procedures and the 15-hour National USPAP course are $510 each. The cost for the Market Analysis and Highest and Best Use is $375.00. To enroll, please complete this form and the desired class (es) you wish to take and return it. The tuition payment is due 1 week prior to class start (credit cards will not be run until 4 days prior to class start). Full Trainee Series course tuition is $1,750 if paid in advance of course start date.

Refund Policy: Deposits are refundable up to 10 days prior to class start. Individual Tuition Payments are refundable up to 10 days prior to class start. The full tuition payment is partially refundable, if a student elects to withdraw from a course not yet started that portion not yet taken will be refunded, those taken or started will not be refunded and will apply at the normal rate of charge for the course or courses, if withdrawal is within 10 days of course start a $50 deposit will also be non-refundable. A $10 administrative fee + credit card charges will apply to all refunds to cover costs incurred by Realetech.com
